FAQs
Wait, what?
Yes, this is quite simply, a letter to you, from me. It is handwritten. No AI involved. Only my lovely brain.
It’s true, we are strangers.
This is the best bit, in my opinion. The content of the letter will be just about anything. But to be more specific, it’s what’s going on in my life. What I think about something, how I’m feeling. There is a comment box for you to write what you might like me to talk about in the letter to you. This can be helpful for both of us for a direction of the letter. It is not necessary.
Can you write me back?
Yes please. The post office box is the address you can use to send a letter to me. Your responses will create a unique dynamic to the process. I would be thrilled to hear from you. It is not required.
What’s the difference between the two letter options?
The card is a short note, a way to try out what I’ve got going on here. It’s standard greeting card size. The longer letter is on 9”x5” paper, double sided. It averages at 4-5 pages; 8-10 pages total.
Will you write to someone else for me?
Yes and no. I will not ghostwrite. But if you want me to write to someone who you think might like receiving letters, from me, then yes. Directions for this is on the order form.
Is there a subscription I can purchase?
No. But it is on my radar as something to offer in the future.
What if the letter gets lost in the mail?
I take a photograph of the letter as a failsafe. You can just email me that it hasn’t arrived and I will email you the photo.
Your postage stamp selection is not all modern?
Thanks for noticing! Yes I have acquired a selection of vintage unused stamps and include them on your envelope.
